Hi Sir,

I ordered the APPLE iPhone 14 on 15th of Oct 2023 and the expected delivery of the product was 16th of Oct 2023. Please find the screenshot below in attachment,

I have waited till 17th Oct as per the screen shot. Raised a complaint on Oct 17th 2023 via need help in flipkart app because I wanted to gift my wife on her birthday which is Oct 18th 2023.

No response for above message and it shows that it will resolve on Oct 21 2023. I wanted to travel for the long weekend and now we have to wait for this delivery.

We are so disappointed with flipkart delivery. I

I request you to do not make any fake promises because of sales

Today is 19th Oct 2023. and My wife’s birthday got over yesterday and I was waiting till the night.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

As a customer I want compensation for this late delivery since I have paid for it already and faced many challenges because of this
