I applied for a New Optical Fibre BroadbandConnection at my Residence on 25th February 2021 on assurance by Sales Executive that Connection will be live working within EOD 25/02/2021. But regretfully that didn’t happen. Today 26/02/2021 the Sales Executive got me pay the 3 months Advance Recharge amount of Rs2832/- done again with a fake promise that Connection will be live by EOD today. I completed all formalities but EOD nothing happened.
Now, I don’t need this Connection as ethically TATASKY has made fake promises to me & I would use the word EXTORTION of money as without installing any hardware at my home it on grounds of fake assurances it got me pay money directly to their portal.
I beg for refund of my money from TATASKY immediately. Kindly help me get justice as I have lost complete trust in this company & don’t require its services anymore just because it has adopted the process of fake assurances and advance extortion of money without delivering the product. This is complete breach of trust.
Awaiting the refund asap.
