Hello Team,
I started one jio fibre connection in the month of April for 6 months subscription in Indore location (I paid 4200 for 6 months) and at that time the executive informed me that if my transfer happened during this period then refund of remaining months will happen.
Now I got transferred to Bangalore location and when I call customer care for refund they clearly denied and saying now the refund policy is not available.
But when I joined then why your executive give me fake commitment that refund will happen (ATTACHING THE RECORDING WHERE HE CLEARLY CONFIRM ME THAT REFUND WILL HAPPEN IF I DISCONTINUE)
KINDLY RESOLVE MY ISSUE IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE I HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE OVER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.
And now that executive who visited my place for registration and took the payment is not picking up my calls ( Name – Mayur -+919770907296 ),
