Hi,
I recharged my Airtel no. 9871719050 on 7-03-2020 for 28 days of validity, but due to this Coronavirus situation i couldn’t go to a recharge shop and my plan was about to expire but on 30-3-2020 there came a news in newspapers that Airtel will give incoming facility till 17 April 2020 so I got some relief but my outgoing as well as incoming were stopped in mid of lockdown period without my knowledge that even incomings are also stopped. This is so shameful act by Airtel to give false promise to the customers. I had to request someone to recharge my number through some online portal when I didn’t got an OTP and found my incomings are also stopped.
Shame on you Airtel. You cheated us by giving fake promise which we believed. Don’t do such false publicity. You have lost your credibility in my eyes now. I will soon go for a port option as soon as this lockdown is withdrawn.
