Hi Everyone,
I appeal everyone not to buy or order products from https://deal2019.com website, they are selling out fake products with a morphed pictures and sending unbranded and duplicate chinese products. I personally faced this issue and they don’t have Customer Care number anywhere to contact in their website. I have placed my order on Jan 10th and received the delivery on Jan 14th with a timely courier but the product that I received is not what I expected and made an unboxing video with the help of same courier services to prove it. Same has been sent to deal2019.com by mailing them at support@deal2019.com and 2019Deal@gmail.com on the same delivered day (i.e. 14th Jan) to return my funds. As per their return policy page, they themselves suggested to make an unboxing video due to fake products shipment so done the same and attached in with my ‘request to return’ email.
Kindly, be aware on these fake sites and ekart businesses. I am sharing my Order# details, due to file upload restrictions I can’t able to send my unboxing video here with, if anyone can help me in getting my funds return is highly appreciable.

I have order Bluetooth speaker of JBL but the delivered product is fake and they do not have retune adress either and no contact number
even i ordered an fossil watch worth RS 1500 but they are scammers and cheat people with this . i dont know in today’s world of such an secure options how these scammers are robbing people out of their money . My 1500 rupees was wasted and i have no clue from where to process the refund or whom to contact . The product came from some Shyam Trading company and was delivered by Shadowfax . I want to know where are we on our safety terms from these e commerce threats and is there someone who is listening to us and our complaints .
