Viewing an advertisement from ShipStreak.com on Facebook, I ordered a Self-defense Tactical Rod, that cost Rs. 998(COD) on 20-3-2024.The product was delivered from Kristy.in through the courier Ecom Express on 29 th March 2024.
After opening the packet found that it was a fake product and was of no use and this product is not like that what I saw in advertisement. Very bad quality. A no. Was provided from them for return if we find any issue with the product. But when I Tried to contact them they are not accepting in a given website link. I was not able talk to them. But in the delivery package it is clearly written that item can be returned they also gave a contact no.
So, need your kind assistance to get my money back.

Krizzy.in is a big scam. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money. I ordered a premium track pant (Order ID: 25651). I tried to reach their customer care team; however, there is no team set up. Everything is digital, and we don’t get an option to speak with a company representative. This company is totally fraudulent.
