Hallo
I ordered a JBL Charge 5 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker in terrain color from the HK WAYS INTERNATIONAL(eucs.ways@gmail.com), but instead that they send to me a fake (see picture attached), I was asked they to send me an Adress to shipp it back and to return mi Money but I have no message received from they. Please , can you help me in these case?
Here is the delivery Company letter to me today, when they get to me the parcel:
Hereby we would like to inform you that your parcel 6202692833 will be delivered today, between 13:00-16:00 at Ferenc Zsolt Lőrincz (Infratirii 23 /11, 540559 Targu Mures) from HK WAYS INTERNATIONAL(eucs.ways@gmail.com). Scheduling delivery at fixed hour is not possible.
On delivery you will have to pay for cash-on-delivery, the amount of 350.00 RON.
