I purchased a electric kettle and found its defective and fake product then I ask for replacement.
I got again fake product with order I’d OD225251347799646000.
Now I asked for return and refund complaining the same but it’s 8 days pending for returns approval.
I called 8-9 times spent 6 hrs but no solution and was asked will be solved EOD every day.
Now I am not getting responses on mail, call me back or when I call customer care calls gets disconnected.
Flipkart is promoting fake product selling from good brand.
