Fake product received and now they are not providing my refund

Hello,
Ordered a go pro hero 10 from Flipkart on 5th august 2022.
order id:- OD225654119155085000
A defective product was received so asked for a replacement for product.
Later then when the replacement came, I received a fake GoPro hero 7. The packaging was tampered while receiving.
* pictures, invoice, attached.

Asked for pickup and refund for the product.

Several times call customer support for a resolution and mailed the photos, but they were unable to provide me with the solution.

It’s almost 1 month passed since the problem.

Wishmaster/Ekart denied picking up the product 5th time.

Please do the needful piand help me refund my money asap.

If needed can share the unpacking video of the product as well as multiple photos and invoice
