Dear Flipkart,
I have booked one mobile from Flipkart but i have received a dummy mobile, at the time of delivery when i have open the box in front of delivery boy it was a dummy phone and when i try to return the package the delivery person denied to take back neither i have shared OTP for delivery confirmation but it was showing delivered in my profile when i asked the delivery person to take it back he said ( box me jo bhi nikalta hai usse unko kuch nahi vo bas delivery karte hai ) then i have requested for a place in-app but no one came for pickup this makes me think what if the delivery person is involved in this how can I trust Flipkart brand for the future purchase i am attaching all the document related to product request you to help and take strict action with this type of seller who tried to cheat with customer Invoice no: FADBQS2200405725
