I ordered two pieces of yoga bras worth ₹499 from an online store called salinastyle.shop on October 2, 2025, after seeing their advertisement on Instagram. However, the product I received was completely fake and different from what was shown on their website. The parcel box was already open at the time of delivery, which clearly indicates fraud.
The seller had mentioned a 10-day return policy, but there is no return, refund, or valid contact option available anywhere. It seems that the seller is cheating customers by sending fake products and providing no support after delivery.
The product was delivered through Shiprocket, and I am also disappointed with their response. When I contacted them, they said they cannot help buyers, even though they are supporting such fraudulent sellers by delivering their products. This is not acceptable, and strict action should be taken against both salinastyle.shop and Shiprocket for misleading and supporting such sellers.
I request your help to take necessary action against these parties and assist me in getting my refund of ₹499.
