Ordered JBL bluetooth headphones, bluetooth ear phones, JBL ear pods with charging kit for an offer price of Rs 1850/-. The package got delivered and when checked there were no JBL product and it was defective (broken).
In the package, I got an earphones (China made) defective and a speaker again China made. Tried to call their customer care but the line doesn’t connect. Wrote an email but no response yet.
The website is fraud and take money by distributing wrong products to the customers.
Please accept this complaint and proceed with necessary actions. I hereby attach the required photos.
