I have ordered JBL charge3 and they offered TWS earpods for free. But one of the support teams called me and asked the address a and I told them to cancel the order.
But today I got the product and also it is the fake one and there is only speaker. They didn’t give earpods also.
There is no reply for the mail and also contact number is always switched off.
I need my money back from them.
