Dear Sir/Ma’amI

ordered JBL bluetooth speaker and 2 earplugs on 18th October 2019. No mail and no message received just order confirmation on screen.

On 5th November i lodged online complaint i received my order on 8th November bug totally fake product. I received worst bluetooth speaker on which no brand mentioned and just one earplug.

Please resolve the problem.
