I purchased Frontload Surf Excel Matic (6Kg Pack) with Order ID (OD223803938477821000) from Flipkart. But seller send the top-loat surf in the box of front-load surf. And packets inside the box were damaged also. I did the complaint on Flipkart, they said that they replace it. After sometime, they convert the replacement to return and ready to pickup the package, and refund money. The pickup boy comes, and refused the pickup while I already complaint the same condition of the product. Now Flipkart cancel the refund, and unable to resolve my issue till now.
I really got too much mentally harassment by calling daily to daily to flipkart customer care, and not getting the resolution till now. A lot of time I wasted in this, and very disappointed.
Please I request to help you in solving the issue and also claim for my harassment such for a long time.
