Dear [Meesho Customer Support],
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent incident involving a fake order delivery orchestrated by a scammer, allegedly affiliated with your company, Meesho. My order details are as follows:

– Courier: Volmo
On the 7th of March, 2024, I placed an order through your platform with an expected delivery date of the 13th of March, 2024. However, today, on the expected delivery date, I received an email notification from Meesho indicating that my order was out for delivery.
Shortly thereafter, an individual claiming to be a delivery representative arrived at my doorstep with a package matching the description of my order. The package contained a product with the same price, logo, and order details as the authentic item. Suspecting foul play, I refused to accept the delivery and informed the individual that a fake product had been delivered to me.
To my dismay, approximately two hours later, a legitimate delivery person from your company arrived at my residence and requested the delivery code. At this point, I realized that my personal data had been compromised, and I promptly denied providing the code. I explained the situation to the genuine representative, informing them of the fake delivery I had encountered earlier.
This incident has left me deeply troubled and concerned about the security of my personal information and the integrity of your delivery process. I implore you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and implement robust measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Furthermore, I request immediate resolution of this issue, including the replacement of the counterfeit product with the genuine item as per my original order.
