I filed up case support in escalation desk of Amazon supervisor disconnected the call.i have purchased mattress due health issue ortho.after using it for one day I have sever health issue not only me my family members suffered with back pain everyone are getting treated painkillers vaccine in these pandemic situation.i need refund of full amount with goodwill I have lost aloT money in hospital and medical usage in pandemic situation
