I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought Apple airpods from Myntra on 3 oct 2021 .
Product has been delivered and when i rechecked it from apple support they confiremd that product warrntty has already been expired one year ago .also the serial number in product and box is different .
i compared it with other apple airpods and in this product , it has been written has assembled in japan whereas in orginial apple airpods it has been written as ” assembled in vitenam ” this has been also confirmed by apple support .
i have been delivered a old/used product which has apple support one year warnnty already expired .
It occurred on: 3/10/2021
i want myntra to take this fake/used proudct and retun my money to solve this .
i am very much frustrtaed now by chasing them every day and no one is supporting there .
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
