today on dated 25.02.2020 i have received courier from BOOKMYPHONE site , i had opened and found phone is different as demand by online,i made payment of Rs.4499.28 via payu transcation id:-304442048.i have ordered speria K5 phone but i have reciecved a 4th class phone and able to start ,we try to call customer care but phone not pick and not recharable. i am request to you please raise an issuse and refund my payment.
