Dear sir, I ordered purealth 5 layer N95 mask from amazon vide order no 7161 dated 12 May 2021 but when I opened it I found totally fake different and cheap material I complained it to amazon customer service for my refund and return, they said I need to wait for 2 days of investigation and then call them back and when I called them they said our investigation team is saying a proper product is delivered and they have proofs but when I asked about the proofs they said it is confidential and unable to refund your money and I received a mail from them In order to not purchase from amazon in future for returning So many items but my question is when I received fake product i need not to returned it ? Or how can I give the proofs of receiving original product apart from photos which I already provided to them ? Even one more customer is complaining the same thing and commented on it but still customer is wrong and fake sellers are right…in this pandemic they are playing games with customer and amazon investigation team is supporting them and hacking customers money. Kindly please resolve my issue and please take proper action against them please
