On October 23, 2023, I ordered Tint Changing Smart Sunglasses with In-Built Audio under the “Mega Offers” promotion, with order ID #SF82894. Upon receipt, it was evident that the product was a counterfeit, falling short of the advertised quality and features. I kindly request government intervention to investigate and address this issue promptly. Consumer trust has been breached, and deceptive marketing and counterfeit products pose a significant concern. I urge authorities to take necessary actions against those responsible and provide guidance on initiating a refund process. Protecting consumer rights and maintaining marketplace integrity is paramount.
