There was this add in Facebook stating that this is a very powerful USB vacuum cleaner which has a very good suction and blower and costs 999/- I booked this with cash on delivery option, I received the product in the month of May, I asked the courier person if I can open and check the product before making payment, he refused, I took a chance and made the payment, after that I opened the box and was really disappointed with the product, there was no suction at all, the product is not worth 150/-, I requested for refund through mail, livesmaart@gmail.com and livesmarrtofficial@gmail.com. livesmaart replied asking me to contact 7001151446 which I did quite a few times, finally I got call back, from them, that person said he would transfer the amount by gpay immediately, and said that I would get an sms and asked me to forward it immediately, as soon as he sent me the message I got an alert message from payzap saying that someone is trying to access my account. Fortunately even after I forwarded the message, the message didn’t reach him and the call got disconnected. I request you to the this complaint and do the needful. Thank you.
