purchased the phone Smartron tphone T5511 (Steel Blue) | B01KM4337K through Amazon India. After 20 days it stopped working. As the 14 days return back window was over, I had to contact the manufacturer for repairs. The manufacturer replied back that this particular phone is not the original one but a transcripted one and they wont provide service to it. I contacted the customer support of Amazon India. Initially they co operated but now they have stopped responding. till date the issue is not sorted out
