Hi Team,
I have purchased one item which is safari bag and due to it’s size issue I asked for a return. When I contacted to amazon executive they told they will send one guy for pickup next day only. But they missed the timeline and no one came. From 6th june to 9th june I am trying to reach out to them about the exact date and time for pickup and no one is giving me exact details. They just keep telling me that wait for 24 hours and someone will pick it up. This is mentally torture for me, waste of my energy, time on this. Hence, I would need compensation for the same for misguiding the customer and waste of time and energy.
