Sir my name Balaji Kumar, I have Ordered one phone through online by Frankine Enterprises money paid through payU. money is accept Frankie Enterprises with payment(Id-424532121) of Rs 3899 in the month of April But order details  not given by the company i.e frankie Enterprises. this is a cybercrime please help me to get my money back thanking you. Money transferred but order details not given.

1. Showing wrong images of the phone in online advertisement and not providing the complete details about the phone and sent me Micromax old phone which is off no use.
2. Please search this person who is fooling every one using online adds and making money out of useless products
3. I think this people do not have site nor customer care number so that we can contact them and ask for refund.
4. Please search the owner and take the appropriate action.
5. please save our money by this online fraud.
