Since last few weeks i have been regularly receiving SMSs confirming a COD order which i have never ordered. Also, the delivery boy from ShadowFax reaches my place and asks for COD against the package which i have never ordered. When declining to collect the order, delivery boy pushes Cancellation OTP to my mobile number and asks for the same. Unsure how does the shadowFax co. / Delivery Boy has my personal details like Name, Address and Phone Number. Delivery boy says its from ShadowFax – Glow Road or at times says the order is from Shadofax Meesho etc.. I have though not collected any orders but it gives me an insecurity for me or my family as the delivery boy reaches to my doorstep. Please Look into this and take appropriate action.
