I have ordered a 4G smartphone in the website home4shops.co.in worth Rs 2999/- and received an used old mobile with old consumed battery and charger. It is mentioned as “4G Smartphone[Newly Launched]” even on the packing box. but there is a different product inside the parcel.kindly take necessary action & refund my amount Rs2999/- immediately. below are the order details
