My name is Jaison Joseph. I’m from kerala, India. 5 days ago I saw a sponsored add on Google, which showing online purchases of electronic goods on sale. I went through the website, and ordered a laptop stand from that site. They asked money for that product, because they don’t have cash on delivery system. So I paid RS.424 rupees via phone phonepay UPI app. Unfortunately after the payment that website was completely down. Nothing in that website. It Is completely unavailable now. The customer care mail ID also was fake. It was a complete fraud.
Iam here attaching some supporting documents for that transaction and purchases history.
Is the any possibility to caught that fraud. So I request the authority to do some needful action.
