I purchased 2 chairs separately, (Order no. #1921 & #1927) costing ₹ 1499 per chair on 17th Jan from “ Flake shop” through the advertise published at Facebook market place. On ordered, I have received order confirmation mail from flakeshop within few minutes mentioning that order delivery schedule will be informed later. I haven’t received any information/ mail from flakeshop even after 3 days . I sent mail to flakeshop and requested to send me shipping details. However, there is no any response from flakeshop .
Now I scare flakeshop may be fake. Please help me out to get product or my money back.
