Text of Complaint by Abinash Kar:

On 14.07.2020 at 5:43 PM, I got a call from Ravi Agravat (Mobile Number 9574705043) of Cardlesoft Enterprise. He offered me data entry job, saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy and they will give Rs. 31/- per form(total 19840/-) and the software charges of 4000/- will be deducted from ur salary. But if I failed to complete the assignment by deadline or couldn’t make it with required accuracy I’ve to pay the registration fees.Then after the registration I got a verification call from a lady (named Simran Kaur, cont no.-8347563566) . Then He sent me one agreement and told me to give my Aadhaar Card for identity proof, my signature and photo to complete the registration process and provide me a link on mail. I had started my work on 15.07.2020 and completed 45 forms. On 16.07.2020 at 8:45 pm my account got blocked due to multiple log in showing in the screen when I entered in to link ,then I called and messaged him(9574705043) but didn’t get any reply and the next day i got a call from Rahul Shah(8238104151) and charged me Rs. 7999/- as Server Maintenance Charge and 15499/- for noc and told me that my working period will be extended. As at that time I had gone for my eye checkup so I could not hear him clearly and at 2:43 pm he forced me to pay 7999/- for account unblocking.I hv already paid that amount.

after that I got a mail for noc charge from [email protected] in back date means june and written as “Alert! Mr. Abinash Kar, Your File Cancellation Request Has Been Received At Dahod District Court .Kindly Be Present At Dahod District Court On 22 June 2020 11:00 AM.If You Are Unable To Present At The Court First Session Date The Court May Issue A Notice Against You” with a court paper of amount 21,963/- under signed named  one Advocate Wasim Shaikh (99796 35997). I called him and talked with him politely and discussed about that back date and the situation of mine.he told me that was print mistek and u can send money online within 5:30pm.I replied that I can not afford that amount as I am from a below middle class family .then he started blackmailing me and behaves me so rudely and harassed me a lot.

and then at  4:07 pm I got a mail and writen as given below.

so a humble request to u please take the necessary action against those people and company and kindly guide me how can i get this amount? cause I am in a condition that I don’t know how can I survive in next month with a lot of mental pressure and without money.

Now I understood that this is a fraud/cheating company because today is 25/07/2020 and I didn’t get a single call and message yet.

I also want to suggest if anyone is already in trap, don’t pay them a single amount and stop typing and engage with some motivational speech and hope for the best .
