I had booked rail ticket on goibibo with their GoConfirmed offer they charged me 1500 on my ticket price total I paid ₹9715 , but when chart prepared it was on waitlisted and my ticket got cancelled automatically after that they refund only 8140 and gave 1500*2=3000 e-coupon with validity of 7 day.
With that e-coupon plus additional ₹165 from my account total ₹3165, I have booked another ticket which is also on waitlisted when chart prepared. This time they deducted all the money haven’t refund anything.
1500+165 is my money atleast you should have return that much. You are doing scam, doing wrong practice
