I ordered Herbal oil from Dealcarto.com They gave and offer of buy one get one free for rupees 699. So I had ordered 2 of the package. As per that I should be receiving 4 of the bottles but I received only 2 and I had to pay 1398 rupees. I tried contacting them but they won’t respond in any way. I have no option to talk to them for replacement/refund.
