There was a fake NDXP account No PL02732638 towards personnel loan / consumer loan for Rs 1,53,166/- on 18-4-2023 with ROI 17% as shown in my CIBIL score. My score went negative since there were no EMIs till today. This was brought to my notice by a bank manager who was processing my home loan. My home loan was denied as there was a negative and fall of score. I shocked as all of my EMIs were very promptly paid, this was not digested. I checked all of my bank accounts and found nothing was credited on the said date the said amount. Even police , to whom I approached to register a cyber crime, stated as there were no fraudulent transfer of money to a fradulant people. I raised a dispute too to concerned. Kindly look in to it and bring me out from this peaceless situation and cause me sanction of home loan.
