I order a nefon A50 Pro mobile phone on 19 June 21.but company send me a old and dispute China mobile phone which is a Chinese i-smart mobile phone.(It is not working). My order no. Is SH1558369844.and pay to Mr Atul Kumar Rs-3899/ by netbanking.sir pls concern my complain and help me to get my money.and I want to return my mobile phone but there are no any actual postal address.sir pls help me.and take necessary steps to stop this like fraud.
