Image Uploaded by Lt Cdr Arpit Sangwan:I ordered a mobile phone One Plus Nord from Amazon. The phone has been found to be defective. The order number is 408-9509861-1527504. Despite several complaints, Amazon India has not responded and are not replacing/ cancelling the item. I am not able to contact Amazon, they have also logged me out of my Amazon account. I want a refund of my money and cancellation of the order.
