Dear Sir/Madam,
I have orderedN 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) × 1, Order Number-PDS3956 on 28.05.2020 after paying Rs.2999.00 through Phonedeals. But they delivered my 02Nos. of Snowtel Keypad handsets on 04.06.2020.
I have complaint them regarding the issue by email on reachusforenquires@gmail.com on 05.06.2020 but did get any response.
It’s my humble request either to replace the actual product which I booked or refund the amount which I paid.
