Today I have received WhatsApp message for loan recovery from the loan app Go Money which I haven’t taken any loan. When I message them when was the loan taken, no response. When I called on the number from which I received the message, the guy said I haven’t sent any message. For the same app, I received a message from different numbers which are 9114838259, 9265544569, 9670424384. All are saying that they haven’t sent any message.
Also in the message they shared a link for customer service to WhatsApp.
They also sent a message that they will blacklist me from taking any loan and will make call on the numbers in my contact list. I want a necessary action to be taken on them.
An email id is there in the app kathykk9966@gmail.com for customer service which is of no use as there is no response from there.
