This is Ajit Palve, I’m from ( kokan) Maharashtra.
One day I got call from a person named Shivani who claimed herself as employee at om Marriage bureau, Nagpur. After that they told me they’ve got my info through matrimonial site and they can help me find suitable marriage candidate and the girl, she’s also interested in my profile and would like to talk to me on call . After letting me talk with the girl named Roshani pinjari on conference call. She (Shivani) told me I’ve to create ID at their marriage bureau then they’ll provide the girls number and other details. And due to she was a candidate who was matching my all preference i didn’t think about it a lot that It could be a scam n all. And on that info I paid them 5000 rs and they claimed that they’ll return half money 2500 rs after sharing a selfie with the girl I meet later on. Once I paid the money for 1 day I did get positive response from the girl they introduced but after a week she started ignoring and giving me reason that she’s busy also the marriage bureau’s employee Shivani also started to ignore my calls.After digging some info about om marriage bureau I got that many complains have been filed against them. After I saw similar complaints as mine about them and my sister talked to Shivani in a strict way while she claimed my sister was rude while she just told her to give call to superior in frustrated tone so I asked them to let me have talk with their superior and I did so. After that they acted as if they are really concerned about the negative impact on their bureau but it looks like it is a scam afterall cause complaints about them kept increasing and it is a serious issue and they need to take responsibility for this.
