Text of Complaint by Kakoli Sharma:

My younger brother received an mail stating ”

This is to inform you that, we, the legal department have received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated by our client as per the agreement signed by the client. After verifying your case, the company has found that you have breached the juridical conditions of the said agreement. The agreement is governed under sections 73, 74, 75 and others of The Indian Contract Act and relevant provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation AIFF Act, 1996. The penalty has to be incited by the client and subject to the failure of the payment against penalty which has been befallen to our client, clause 17 of the said agreement shall be summoned against you.

The company takes such cases very serious for our clients and the loss of their work. Further, against the violation of the terms and conditions, criminal proceedings u/s 406, 420 and other relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code will be initiated against you, if you abscond from the situation.

Your prompt attention is sought in this regard and that in the event of failure to pay the amount, you will be penalized to pay twice the amount and further a legal notice will be issued to you from our legal department. If you still fail to pay this amount, we will call you at our legal jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

Our client is a sole proprietor and if you do not follow our advice, provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be invoked against you. Thereafter competent Court will select an Arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay an amount in tune of Rs.25000 or more for total damage. We want you to cooperate with our client.

Please make payment as early as possible

ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT.” which is fake. Because of this my brother on the same day of recieving this mail committed s@uicide. At first they offered a data entry job and after that they sent him a login id and password but doubting that it might be fake my brother did not log in anything or anywhere. So after that he started receiving this mails and calls also text messages. Before that they also first took his adhar card, photo and phone number. Please take immediate action. My brother is no more but they should be punished.
