Text of Complaint by Kuntal Ghosh:

Dear Sir,
Today I have received a call and later sms and also a certificate (fake) through whatsapp for a lucky draw contest which is organised by snapdeal.

As per them I was the winner of the above said contest and won a Tata Safari worth Rs. 12,60,000.00. They have offered an option either I can take delivery of the vehicle or the amount will be credited to my bank account after paying the registration charges or transfer charges.

Hope, you are aware of the racket of above which they are doing fraud with the people with mentioned the organization name of Snapdeal.

It is my earnest request to you to look into the matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest and also arrange to take strong to strongest legal steps against the racket.

The phone call which I have received : +91 9330608937 @ 10.11 am and 10.27am, as par them he is calling from Goregaon. Mumbai.
The sms I have received from QP-TXTSMS: The draft of the sms is like :

( WON! WON! WON! Dear Sir/ Madam, Congratulations ! You won SAFARI CAR ( Price Rs.12,60,000/) in first prize by Snapdeal Company in Lucky Draw . CALL- 7439397424).

The fake Certificate through Whatsapp received from +91 9330608937… if needed it will be mailed to you.
