I haven’t applied any Personal Loan NDXP, Then why its showing 66000 is pending on my CIBIL, due to this my CIBIL Score is Impacting, Please help me out.

Note:- I think its from CIBIL Provider company, as i am trying to raise the concern on CIBIL website about this, they asking me to Buy a plan of 550-1200 Rs. i didn’t why they are charging so much amount for this.
because of this doubt coming in my mind, as this company playing the game to by there Plan.
