“Today, I checked my CIBIL score and found that it has decreased due to a loan that I never took before. I have never downloaded the app of any financial institution before, including PoonaFin, the company that is showing the loan on my CIBIL score. I am confused as to why this loan is affecting my CIBIL score and causing it to decrease.”
