A Personal Loan was opened by INNOFIN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED without informing me in my name – ANUPAM SARKAR. A Loan Account was opened dated – 26- May-2022 for the amount of 57000/= (INR) by INNOFIN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and the loan account is still in ‘Active’ status. I request the Consumer Court to provide details documents (KYC Documents, Loan Agreement From, Post Sanctioned Documents) used during open this loan by INNOFIN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
