Someone has misused MY PAN details to borrow a personal loan from “NDX P2P PRIVATE LIMITED” and threatened my CIBIL score.
I am too disappointed and harass by “NDX P2P PRIVATE LIMITED” company also through all this, However company has sanctioned the personal loan to borrower without any verification.
Please take a necessary action against the lender and borrower for this case.
