I didnot get any loan from “arthimpact digital loans”. But it’s showing my cibil report and it bad impact in my cibil score. Please help me to solve this problem.

I trying to contact last 1 year to “arthimpact” customer care. But didn’t get any responce from their side.
So I humble request to Consumer Complaints Court, please solve this issue.
