I have never taken a loan from Muthotnan, however it is reflecting as if I have taken a loan of Rs 13,900 and also listed as six late payment since Mar 2023 till Aug 2023 and payment made from Dec 2022 till Feb 2023.
This is hampering my cibil score, please look into the issue.
