I have never ever taken any loan from this company, but in my CIBIL score an amount of INR 7188/- is showing as outstanding and the account is still reflecting active with no overdue amount. This has adversely affected my credit score as it is showing as an active loan. This company was part of the PAYTM Postpaid services and even after writing so many emails, they are not responding. They don’t even have any customer care number to let the customers contact them. They even haven’t mentioned any office address on their website as they are involved in fraudulent business.
