I have a fake loan displayed on my cibil impacting my credit score the loan is displayed as CHAIRIDSPL which is truly a mess

Sir My Name is DNV Siva Rama Krishna,In my bank account every month 295/- is being debited from July 2022 to March 2023.But I have never taken the loan from CHIRIDSPL app.And also my CIBIL is effect.So pls remove from my list.
