Respected Sir/Madam,
Yesterday, I received a WhatsApp message from the mobile number 6306196581 with an attached file regarding a loan repayment reminder from “Crazy Rupee”. I would like to state that I have never taken any loan from this app or any such platform. I called the same number to ask about this message, but the person stated that he did not know anything about it. When I opened the link sent to me, it showed a loan taken using my mobile number, which is completely unauthorized and fraudulent.
Therefore, I kindly request you to accept my complaint regarding this matter and take the necessary action. I also request you to investigate how my mobile number was misused and ensure that no false loan is reflected against my name.
