There are few fake applications on playstore, I have fallen in traps of these applications, I was in financial crisis and needed money urgently, that’s why I was looking for loan apps on playstore and installed some of them on my phone in few of them while doing the initial process they accessed all my private data and started the loan disbursement without any agreement or showing any loan information like tenure, interest rate, processing fees etc & then given the time of 7 days for repayment but started calling an harassing me on the 6th day. They threatened me to block my aadhar & pan they started calling & harassing all my contacts sending them my morphed images. The repayment amount is more than twice what they disbursed with 8.5% per day interest after the 6th day. Today it’s me who has fallen in this trap tomorrow it’s gonna be a thousand more next day in millions & after my experience I’ve leared that it is not new. So what are the measurements taken by our government or the cyber security dept. This consumer forum is also useless I know I won’t get any help from you guys. Had to take money from local people in high interest don’t know when & how I’m going to repay them, my 1.5 lakh hard earned money is gone. This should not happen to anyone else. India’s cyber policies lacks so much that it is causing this scammers to feast on our money .
